She is also project managing HDIF currently, a challenge fund which aims to identify and support innovations that have the potential to create social impact in education, health, and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) across Tanzania. Previously, she has managed a DFID global rapid response Business Environment Reform facility.

She has over five years of experience in the operational management of social and economic empowerment and governance programmes, with a focus on Southern Africa, North Africa and the Middle East.
